Thanks for stopping by my site. On the site you will find all all of my work, ideas and creations in the field of magic. I've been performing, creating and teaching magic for over 20 years and I am happy to finally share all this with you. My first book Creative Magic (authored by Arvind Jayashankar) can be found below and is focussed on helping you become a more creative thinker when it comes to your magic. I know you'll enjoy the book as I have enjoyed creating it. Thanks for stopping by my site and please feel free to drop me a line anytime. I can be reached directly at: email@example.com
In this book you will find 16 of my favorite effects using playing cards, coins, earphones, rings, batteries and soda bottles. As the manufacturing & project manager of ellusionist.com, I have been lucky enough to spend time with some of the most creative and talented magicians on the planet. During my meetings with these artists, I always ask them the same question, "How do you get yourself into a creative mindset?" The diversity in responses I get has always greatly intrigued me.
I decided I wanted to write a book that would not only showcase my own personal effects but also give fellow magicians a few tools they could use to help themselves become more creative in their own magic. Besides the tricks in this book you will find creative exercises spread throughout as well as essays and interviews on the subject of creativity. I'm excited to share with you contributions from:
Dan Harlan - John Guastaferro - Daniel Madison - Marc Spelmann
Brad Christian - David Regal - Peter McKinnon - Alan Rorrison - Arvind Jayashankar - And More
EARBUDS lets you combine technology and card magic like never before. By fusing a spectator's headphones cord through their SIGNED card. That's through the actual layers of the card.
You can leave the card fused onto the spectator's earbuds, or have them tear it off, etting them feel the cord ripping through the solid card themselves.
These gimmicks have multiple uses, one of which is highlighted in Creative Magic. The effect 'Environmentally Unfriendly' allows you to take the battery out of a spectator's remote control, break the tip off and pour out a glowing green liquid. This is one of those organic effects that keeps people talking about it for years to come. The possibilities are endless with this fun and easy to use gimmick.
